Our sustainability practices are driven by our firm commitment to be a good corporate citizen, model employer, and conscientious steward of the environment.

Our seventh annual Sustainability Report details our progress towards embedding sustainability into our business strategy and operations. We value the input of our stakeholders and are firmly committed to transparency and openness in our reporting on our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) progress.

As we celebrate our 20th anniversary this year, sustainability continues to guide who we are and how we operate. This report brings our values to life – highlighting the tangible progress we made in 2024 in reducing emissions, investing in our people, and upholding strong corporate governance.

Our sustainability strategy revolves around environmental stewardship, data privacy and cybersecurity, corporate governance, talent management, inclusivity, and corporate philanthropy.


  • Corporate governance: Upholding strong corporate governance, striving to surpass best practices in governance, accountability, transparency, and risk management.


  • Data privacy and cybersecurity: Mitigating cybersecurity risks by safeguarding data, adhering to strict policies and regulations, and fortifying our IT infrastructure against external threats.


  • Environmental stewardship: Proactively managing our environmental footprint. Our Scope 1 & 2 GHG emissions are mostly from electricity use in our offices


  • Talent management: Prioritizing our people with an HR strategy focused on talent attraction, retention, development, and employee engagement. Cultivating a high-trust & high-performance culture aligned with our corporate values.

Key sustainability highlights from 2024:


  • Climate action: reduced our Scope 1 & 2 greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 5% in 2024, benefitting from our strategic right-sizing of office space, which resulted in a 12% reduction in our office footprint.


  • Talent management: expanded people programs to foster career advancement and employee success, earning external recognition for its inclusive, high-trust and high-performance culture.


  • Cybersecurity & data accountability: sustained top-tier proactive cybersecurity and data responsibility standards while advancing the Company’s AI governance framework.


  • Governance: welcomed new board members, adding diverse perspectives and skills that enhance board effectiveness.

Transparency and accountability through annual reporting


Our ESG reporting prioritizes topics that we believe hold significant relevance to our stakeholders and that have a substantial impact on our business operations. 

As a data-driven, expert-led business, our key ESG risks primarily relate to our people, cybersecurity, data protection, and governance.  While our direct exposure to environmental risks remains relatively minimal due to the nature of our business activities, we remain committed to prioritizing environmental stewardship as part of our ethos as responsible corporate citizens.
